Mangan, business agent of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Stablemen and Helpers, is under arent at Police Headquarters, charged by Patrolman Clark with doing the shooting. ‘The men shot were Lake Doyle, aid to be an important witness in the case of Barnet Baff, the murdered West Washington Market poultry- man; Michael Costello, No. 90 Eighth Aveaue, and Jeremiah Sullivan, who gave an addess in Brooklyn which dose not appear in the city directory.
