Steuer for not being present in court, Supreme Court Justice Crane, at Mineola, Nassau County, allowed the trial of the suit of John C, Tatum for divorce from Mary Jane Tatum to go} over to-day, He suspended the order | under which Mr. Tatum is paying| $600 a month alimony until Steuer, counsel for Mrs. Tatum, is ready to go on with the case, Mrs. Tatum, accompanied by two men and two women friends, was in court. Terenco J. McManus, repre- senting Mr. Tatum, had his client and twenty witnesses on hand ready to proceed.
