He Reports Loss. A big seven-passenger touring car belonging to Adolph Seasongood, a wealthy man of No. 26 West Seventy- fourth street, figured in a double- header joy ride early to-da: sult of which two persons are locked | up on a charge of stealing it at dit-| ferent times—the chauffeur and a blonde actress the chauffeur has never seen. Mr. Seasongood keeps his car in a garage in West Ninety-third street and Joseph Hanrahan, thirty-two, of | No. 887 Columbus avenue, is his: driver. Last night, the police say, | Hanrahan took a party of friends out for a joy ride. They stopped at a saloon near One Hundred and Twen- third street in St. Nicholas avenue, and when they came out about 3 A. M. the big automobile, had disap- peared. A man told Hanrahan he saw “a dashing blonde” drive off in the machine, Hanrahan stopped in at the Fourth Branch Detective Bureau in Went | One Hundred and Twenty-third street and reported the theft, and was arrested.
