In conclusion he expressed the utmost confidence in the integrity of Clerk Ritchie,- but suspended him nevertheless. Ritchie Yonkers since 1895, when he was pointed by Judge Kellogg. a Mean. When elected to succeed Judge Kellogg 1n 1902, Judge Beall, although a Democrat, continued Ritchie in of- flee.
