The State yesterday the application of thr rallroad for a 14,000,000 bond iseue. The action was taken upon a petition filed by the American Brake Shoe and Foundry Company of New Jersey. The raiirond company operates in all about 2,900 miles of railroad. Of this, 1,80 miles are in Michigan; the rest is in Ohto, Milinota and Ontario, Can.
