STANDS BY BODY OF DAUTER IN ROARING FLAMES John Friederich Refuses to Try} to Save Himself and Is Severely Burned. ‘The body of Miss Marto i'riederich lay to-@ay in an improvised mortuary in home of friends at No. 661 Central ave- ue, Brooklyn. There, just as the firemen reached him to relieve him of his burder, he staggered and fell unconscious.
