Twelve Cars Are Hurled Off Track Near Peekskill When Rail Breaks, but No One Is Injured. PEEKSKILL, N. Y., March 8—A long freight train on the New York Central Ratlroad was wrecked here this morn- ing, and !t was four houre before any of the four tracks could be cleared for trafic. In ‘the meantime the through trains were sent over the Harlem Divi- sion, and the passengers from the locals were compelled to walk about a quarter of a mile around the wreck and then take another train that had been sent to take them down. No one was injured. The freight, composed of about thirty or forty cars, was north bound.
