Waiter Drew, counsel for the Erectors’ Association; W J. Ford, Assistant District-Attorney of Los Angeles and Frank Fox, chauffeur, were arrested last night at Indi- @napolis on affidavits charging them with having kidnapped John J. McNamara the ironworkers’ treasurer. They were held in heavy bonds, sent to jail, but later re- leased on ball. A. F. Badorf of New York was also arrested to-day in Indian. apolis and held on the same charge. Detestive William J, Burns Is similarly accused, and a constable met the train on which he was expected from Toledo, but could not find him. New York detectives have been unsuccessful in thelr search for two men wanted as alleged confederates of the McNamaras and McManigal. The police were asked to join in the search to-day.
