According to a special despatch trom Pittsburg, this writ will be served as soon as possible. O'Mara telegraphed | the news from Scranton to Thaw's Pitts- burg attorneys, The prior writ stipulated that Thaw, jafter the hearing of the bankruptcy case, | should be returned to the custody of the |New York State authorities, O'Mara did |not, in his telegram to the Thaw attor- neys at Pittsburg, state whether the new writ made any such provision.
