Ogden, of New York, and his guests from the meeting of the Southern Educational Alliance dashed into a freight train at a junction near here to-day. Five cars of the epecial were wrecked. Fire followed, and three employees of the dining car, pinned in the debris ,were burned to death, A flagman was also killed, Several of Mr. Ogden’s guests were injured, THE DEAD. W. W.
