Bive indictments against the silered @wnere of the numerous policy shops in fhe Bamtern Disirict of Brooklyn were Feturmed to Judge Aspinall in the Coun- ty Court by the Kings County Grand Jury this morning. One of the indict- ments was a blanket charge against three men. The names of the defend ants were not made public by the Court, Bench warrants at onoe issued @nd detectives wore sent out to arrest the men. The charges in each of the indint- ments are paid to be similar to those on which Bteve O'Brien, Brooklyn's Polfoy king, was arrested last week, O'Brien was charged with being @ common gambler and with maintaining Polley shops.
