Mr. Reynolds is the man whose name was so freely used by Mrs., Chad- wick when she was negotiating loans from rich men and from banking in-| stitutions, She described him as the custodian of her fortune of over $5,000,- | 000, which had been left in trust for her and only the income of which she! } could toach for a year or two, It ta alleged by some of the creditors of Mrs Chadwick that Mr. Reynolds assured them from time to time that he was! really the posessor of securities of enormous value which belonged to Mrs. Che. _ vik.
