Healy's Counsel Mxplains. Capt. Healy has retained James Hamilton Lewis in Chicago ps his counsel, and Mr. Lewis issued this statement of the cage to-day: “Capt. Healy was the President of the Alaska Exploration Company, and as such had a right to use the company’s funds, He purehased some property at Yakuta, Alaska, for $8,000, The diteo- tora began to quarrel among them- selves and declared that the property was worth only $5,000, Under the New York law the president of a corpora- tlon can be arrested for larceny of a sum of money which nts the difference between the actual yalue of the property and what he pald for it."’ Capt.
