In the West Side Court, Magistrate Whitman to-day remanded to tho Coroner Joseph Kraboasky, a tailor, who lived with the woman, and who, according to his own story, found her dead in ded when he returned to the room Saturday night. Krabossky declares that he left the Thirty-eighth street house at 8 A. M. en Saturday and returned at 8 P. M.
