AL Her Counsel Declares She Needs It as Well as Additional Coun- sel Fees Because of Her Hus- band’s Appeal in Divorce Case Mrs. Nancy Rich, through her coun- sel, A. H, Hummel, applied to Justice Blanchard, in the Supreme Court, to- day, for an increase of allmony and counsel fees to defend the appeal of her husband, William N, Rich, who has carried to the Appellate Division hie action for an absolute divorce, which was tried before Justice Scott and Jury last spring and decided in the wife’ favor. The troubles of the Rich’ family have been before the Supreme Court for some months, Mrs. Rich brought sult for a separation on the ground of cruel and tnhuman treatment and her hus band retallated with a suit for abso- [lute divorce, naming as co-respondent @ young man who had deen visiting Mra Rich's daughter by a former husband. Arguing the Motion.
