GREENWICH, Cona., May 22.—With aipathos born of the deepest suffering, Mra. Rhoda Peck Toda. mother of Prof. David Peck Todd. one of the foremost astronomers in the United States, told to a reporter for The Evening oWrld to-day how she was forced to go to the poorbouse here. ‘Phe more charitable call tt the “Town farm.” It ts six miles outalde of the town proper.
