Kennedy for the murder of Doliy Reynolds began to-day with nine jurors in the box, but just a@ the ex- amination of talesmen about to be- gin Wiillam G. Bray, who took the eighth seat yesterday, submitted to Judge Newburger a physician's certin- cate which showed that hia physical condition was of such a nature as to render {t inadvisable that he should ‘serve asa juror.
