Fred Scharn, brother of Kate Scharn, the mur- dered factory girl, was indicted by the Grand Jury this afternoon. Assistant District-Attorney O'Reilly and De- tective McCauley went before that body this morn- ing and presented the evidence and at 1.15 P.M, the jury made its finding.
