Lawyer Ro welg Asks His Re- lease from Ludlow Street Ja Joseph Rosenzweig made a motion this morning before Judge McCarthy, in City Court Chambers, for the release of his client, Henry Jaulusz, who has been imprisoned there since the middle of March. Jaulusz, who is a dentist, was sued in the City Court, before Judge Fitzsim- ons, in March las for 310,00 for breach of promise of marriage by Rose Stezer, who obtained a verdict against him for $500. In default of the payment of this sum Jaulusz was locked up in Ludlow Street Jail. His counsel, in making the motion for his release, produced the certificates of several doctors, among them one from the physician of the jail, to the effect that the prisoner was suffering fromcon- sumption; that he was frequently tacked with hemorrhages, and that un- less smmeately released from prison his death would be hastened.
