An tojunction Against Pirates of Oyster Bay. ‘The dispute between the Matinnecock Oyster Company and the Sound oyster- men of City island and other places along the Sound, was aired in the Queens County Court, to-day, before Judge Barnard, when William J. Youngs, of Oyster Ba: ked for an injunction prohibiting oystermen from dredging on land claimed by the Company. The in- junction was granted. Lawyer Youngs said the Company had reason to becieve the alleged pirates in- tended a raid on the beds of the Com- pany to-night, Sheriff Doht and depu- tes will go on an afternoon train to the scene of expected trouble.
