He sued to recover about $150,000 worth of stook, bonds and property. Judge Freedman finds that upon none of the occasions upon which Wyse transferred his property to his wife was ho of unsound mind. or incapable of exercising his own free will. The body of a little girl was picked up in the East River, near the dock at the foot of Pacific street, Brooklyn, this morning. The corpse was seen bobbing up and down in the water, floating towards the shore, by the crew of the Police boat Judge Moore, who hauled it aboard and took it to the Morgue. The body was that of child about ten years old, She had dark complexion, dark eyes and jet black hair, which leads the police to the conclusion that she was an Italian. The body had been in the water several weeks and was badly decomposed and cut by the Ice.
