A police judge here has just decided that married couples may quarrel in their own homes in safety, but unmarried couples creating the same degree of turmoil are guilty of disturbing the peace. He so ruled in the case of Cecil Davis, carpenter, + and Miss Hattie Hatlow. The couple then made up their troubles, secured a license and were married.
