Two members of the Seattle police department, Patrolman George Reynolds, of Mayor Brown's special detail, and Patrolman R. F. Baerman, of |the police prowler car squad, were arrested Tuesday and posted $2,000 bail each. Attorney Jerry Finch, Olmsted's legal adviser, was the first man arrested. He reported at the federal building at 10:05 a. m. and posted $3,000 bail. Alfred M. Hubbard, youthful inventor and Olmsted's pro- tege, also was arrested. Hubbard was indicted by the fed- eral grand jury which turned in its report late Monday to Judge Jeremiah Neterer with an indictment naming many persons as members of an organized group to violate the prohibition and smuggling laws. Among. others who were indicted are Harry and Louis Cobb, war veterans, who operate a grocery store’ at 1422 East Madison st., who figured recently in a sensational raid wer agents in which Harry was severely beaten over the Deputy marshals were looking for Mark B.
