PRESIDENT AND MRS. HARDIN Will Arrive in Elliott Bay Aboard the Transport Henderson on the Morning of Friday, July 27th The President will review the assembled Fleet of the United States Navy at 10:30 a. m. This extraor- dinary sight can be witnessed to advantage from innumerable locations on the high points of the city surrounding the waterfront. At 11:30 a. m. he will visit the school children assembled in his honor at Volunteer Park. At 12:00 o'clock he will administer the pledge to the Flag and Country to the thousands of boys in attendance upon the “Big Brothers’” picnic given by the Seattle Elks. At 1:30 p.m. he will meet the newspaper men of the Pacific Northwest at a luncheon in his honor given by the Seattle Press Club. At 4:00 p. m. the President will deliver his key- note speech on Alaska at the University of Wash- ington stadium, where seats have been provided for forty thousand and amplifier installed which will permit perfect hearing of the address by the entire audience. The Battleship Fleet of the U. S. Navy Never before in history has there been assembled at one time so great a number of the fighting ships of this country as will be gathered in Elliott bay during this week to do honor to the president of the United States.
