EWELER Small Fuse Causes Tieup of Traffic ‘When a tiny fuse in the electrical mechanism of the Eastlake bridge over the Lake Washington canal blew out Thursday evening it car- ried with it the dispositions of some several hundred persons and caused a tieup in traffic that presented a spectacle seldom seen.
