Fred Mace, alias Jack Han- son, whose true name is said to be Jack Morrow was sentenced to serve 90 days in fail and pay a $500 fine by Judge Dalton. Mace was arrested at Luna Park early this month by Sheriff Matt Starwich and 100 cases of bonded liquor, valued at $8,000, was seized. Frank McGinnis was fined $250 and sentenced to serve 60 days in jail when convicted of a similar charge. He was arrested at George- town by Sheriff Sterwich. Twelve cases of Uquor were found in his car. Both men filed notices of appeal.
