Asks Woman Who Is Doubtful. BY CYNTHIA GREY My mail this morning contained rather an unusual letter. It is from a woman who has, attempted to analyze herself, |not superficially, but rather critically; hut she cannot seem | to find the flaw that ever proves an obstacle in her path of | progre ws. It is just this: She attracts the attention of men, even when she ig not aware of it—the average man mis- judges her and she must go from one position to another in an effort to support herself and daughter and keep her self-| respect, | “Why is it?” she asks, “Am 1 at fault, or ts it the world?” Can you give her any constructive advice? Read her letter, which follows, and if you think you have a solution to her problem, send it to this department: Dear Cynthia Grey: I wonder if people in general realize what a woman who works and wants to be decent is up against? Anyway, I have found it hard, and the following | has been my experience, I do not suppose you can help me, but you might be able to |advise me on how to cope with the situation, and you might | possibly see that in some way I am to blame that I cannot see myself. | Please be patient with me while I state the case as I see it }and have found it.
