SEPTEMBER 1 Prosecutor Is Expected to Hold Abe Evans in Ducharme Case THE DALLES, Ore., Sept. 13~ That District Attorney Galloway, of ‘Wasco county, will demand an indict ment under a charge of first degree murder for Abe Evans, alleged rob bersmurderer, when the grand jury convenes, September 19, appeared certain here today Evans was brought from Madras late, yesterday and is in jail here.
