INTENTIONALLY —- PAGE 15 USE BOY AS AID IN THIEF TRICK Robbers Halted in Attempt to Put Lad in Window Two modern Fagans, using a 1+ year old boy in @ bold attempt at robbery Wednesday night were true trated in their efforts to rob tha home of Dr. Brown, 214 Edgar st, | when a neighbor saw them lift the |boy to the dining room window, in an effort to get him into the house. According to Mra. Brown, the men had been loitering about the house for some time before the at- tempt to gain entrance. A neigh- bor, Mrs. La Rue, living across the street, watched them thru a side window. When the men sneaked up to the house, finding the family absent, about dusk, they opened the window and lifted the boy to the window sill, La Rue then came to the win- dow. Droping the boy the men ran, fol- lowed by the boy.
