Charge Clerk Stole Clothes Worth $600; Alleged to have stolen and se creted $600 worth of silk shirts, un- derwear and ties, James W. Breier, 21, clerk, was arrested Thursday morning on a warrant charging grand larceny. Breier was em ployed by a Second ave. department store. When Detectives T. G. Mont- gomery and G. W. Humphreys searched Breier’s home at 4122 18th ave., the loot was found in his room.
