From the opening hour until late at night our quarters were thronged with countless visitors who evinced a warm personal interest in the many departments and facilities, well as the general effect and appearance of our new home. Among the thousands who passed our por- tals were many old and true friends who have been associated with this bank for years, some since its organjzation thirty-two years ago. Scores of others made themselves known to us for the first time. To our great regret the steady stream of visitors made it possible to personally greet only a small number, while we should have liked to know each and every one. To say we appxeciate the evidences of inter- est, congratulatory messages and wishes for continued success bestowed upon us yesterday is but a slight expression of our gratitude. It is our earnest hope to sometime have oppor- tunity of personally extending our heartfelt thanks to all those who so generously contrib- uted in making yesterday a memorable occa- sion in this institution.
