Williams Entries for this exhibition will close October 10, 1920. The merit of each picture will be decided by competent judges who will be vested with authority to hang only those pictures which they judge to be worthy, omitting all others. The title, name and address of the exhibitor, material used and other items of interest should be writ- ten plainly on the back of each picture upon the label which our Exhibition Bureau will supply. Further, the ex- hibitor will be required to make a list of his pictures on a catalog card, which will be mailed on application. FREDERICK & NELSON will take all reasonable care to prevent loss or damage to pictures, but no responsi- bility for loss or damage will be as- sumed. A picture in order to win a prize must be the original camera work of the exhibitor and not copied. The fin- ishing and enlarging may be done by others, at the option of the exhibitor. No picture will be allowed to be re- movea until the end of the exhibition; and pictures that fail to win prizes will then be returned to exhibitors.
