An interlocutory decree of divorce BIG PAGEANT Decorated Floats and Autos Feature Parade What is predicted as the most ** elaborate pageant ever seen in Seattle was scheduled for Wed- nesday afternoon when members of the Order of the Eastern Star parade thru the streets. The street activities were to be the center in a gorgeous flower fes- tival, the like of which has not been seen since the first assembly of the order here 16 years ago, according to the women who Planned the pageant. The parade will start down Second ave. from Lenora st., proceeding to James st. and thence up First ave. to Stewart st. and across to Fifth ave., where the paraders will coun- termarch.
