The two councils have been hav- ing some differences lately, only last week a request from the Ta- coma council that the local council| stop work on bull 546, because it) had been declared unfair by them, | being filed without action. The shop steward discussion was) brought up as the result of a com- munication from the Tacoma coun- cil ‘which urged the formation of| an industrial or shop committee, each craft to have a representative to adjust grievances which might! come up. The Tacoma council wished to have the arrangement for the shop steward committee written into the new agreement being drawn up by| metal tradesmen on the Coast.
