Clemenceau and President | OVER 150 IN USE IN SEATTLE HOMES—EVERY ONE A “BOOSTER” Most people are willing to do most anything within reason to main- tain their health as near perfect as they possibly can. . ruled in the peace If you are neglecting bad teeth you are endangering your health This is no idle statement. We mean just what we say. And in this opinion we are backed by the best medical authorities. That abscessed and decayed teeth cause many diseases is, comparatively speaking, a recent discovery. But every up-to-date physician now KNOWS that this is the case. One of the commonest and most painful diseases that often is caused by abscessed teeth ts RHEUMATISM Thousands of people have taken, literally, barrels of medicine in attempting to stop the tortures of rheumatism, when a visit to a reli- able dentist would have brought them quick relief and permanently removed the cause. in a wireless interview te The third question put h | Was with refe oe to the attitude of soviet oward the entente. These pus sacks continually give off their deadly poisons, which are absorbed e into the system. They move along till they find a likely place to congregate, usually a joint. Swell- ing, inflammation and pain then follow, and this is usually erroneously called “Rheumatism.” The bad tooth is literally the root of all the trouble, and once have this tooth fixed up properly and the trouble will soon disappear. Sometimes this poison attacks the heart or the stomach, or the eye or- ear or throat, or sometimes even the spine itself. Very serious consequences can, and often do, come from bad teeth. And one of the worst features of the whole thing is the fact that a tooth may be abscessed round the roots and still appear to be perfectly normal and sound on the outside. It may not pain or give you any inconvenience whatever. If you have teeth that are decayed on the outside, of course you KNOW .that they should be attended to at once. On the other hand, if you are suffering from some trouble that does not yield to treatment as it should, it is entirely possible that the trouble may lie in unsuspected teeth.
