J 7 » 8 “k” Systemic disease. “1” Loose teeth. “m” Loss of teeth. “f” Infection of gums. “g” Exudation of pus from Pyor- rhea pockets, | Pyorrhea m be divided into three general stages, namely—FIRST, SECOND, THIRD. FIRST STAGE. Inflammation of gum tissues; bleed easily; more or less sensitive to touch —masticating and brushing; conditions camsed by irritation from soft debris or hardened deposits. SECOND STAGE. Included in this class are cases presenting considerable deposits on crowns and roots of the teeth; excessive stress due to faulty occlusion; also overhanging edges of crowns and fillings; particularly where they impinge on the gum tissues, accompanied by pus and more or less loosening of the teeth, in addition to the symptoms of the First Stage. THIRD STAGE. Extreme loosening of teeth, great loss of supporting body tissue, extensive pocket formation and copious flow of pus, in addition to symptoms mentioned in First and Second Stages. I successfully treat and check Pyorrhea by the use of an intelligent course of treatment, which includes a series of thorough operations of instrumentation, thereby removing the cause, followed by a course of heroic medicinal treatment and by massaging the gums and soft tissues, and an after-home treatment. FIRST AGE cases I can quickly control and clean up the disease. SECOND STAGE cases are more difficult, but yield to my treatment in a very satisfactory manner, and I check the disease from making further headway. THIRD STAGE cases require the application of elimination and restoration. I undertake no case that I feel I cannot treat successfully. Don't allow Pyorrhea to go unchecked—untreated. To do so may mean the loss of your teeth and your health, for Pyorrhea is often the direct cause of many bodily diseases. START TREATMENT FOR PYORRHEA AT ONCE.
