Do not be indifferent to the safety of others. Remember, they might be the victims of your wanton indifference with no chance to help themselves. Be on your guard. Watch yourself, Cultivate an alertness to this danger Indifference is but one phase of ' ener) Do not be neglectful. To Neglectfulness neglect may mean the snuffing out of a life, and it might be yours. Do not neglect the proper and prompt attention to the slightest personal injury.
