Thomson May I not, with Mr. Dale, in his speech before the Good Govern- ment League at the Frye Hotel, Wednesday evening, February 14, said: “The Puget Sound Traction, Light & Power Company is entitled to a member on the city council. The Traction Company has never vio- lated a contract with this city.” On that same day our city had to file a suit to compel the Seattle Elec- tric Company to perform its contract to pave the streets between {ts tracks. If the Traction Company is not violating a contract, why did you vote to bring this suit?
