BREMEN, SECOND MERCHANT SUBMARINE, SINKS BERNE, Aug. 8.—The Berlin Tageblatt announces that the German submarine Bremen, which was to have arrived at an American port, had sunk through an accident to her machinery, according to a dispatch received here this afternoon.
