IN STATE SENATE OLYMPIA, Jan. 15.—A_ bill, which, if passed, will open, up the race tracks of Washington for horse racing under the di rection and contro! of a state racing commission, was intro: duced In the senate yesterday by Dr, J. A. Ghent, of Seattle.
