The bor- rower should bear in mind, however, that this is not for one month or two months, but for every month, and should not undertake a larger payment than he can make on the average for the entire period. The amount of his payment should depend entirely on bis income. THIS 1S THE REAL STRENGTH OF OUR LOAN PLAN While the man who ts trying to set aside a certain amount each month to pay off his “straight loan,” is tempt- ed to skip 4 month now and then, the borrower who has a monthly installment loan knows he can not do this; he knows his payment must be made and plans accordingly. Thus in a few years, not only has his loan been paid in full but he has formed the habit of systematic saving.
