Mayor and Ex-Mayor George F. Cotterill, mayor. George W. Dilling, ex-mayor. g They clasped hands in the mayor's office today. For the one a difficult work is finished, for the other an equally difficult work is just beginning. George F. Cotterill, conceded an expert on mu- nicipal questions in general, and conceded an expert on Seattle problems in particular, enters office with the hopes and expectations of the people high.
