WAPPY UP AGAIN NEXT WEDNESD Charles W. Wappenstein, convict ed exchief of police, comes up again for sentence Wednesday morning. At that time, Will H, Morris, hie attorney, will present those sevsational affidavits, which he says ought to entitle Wappy to anew trial, The affidavits purport to allege that one of the jurors which convicted Wappy had ex- pressed himself as prejudiced agaiost him long before be was drawn on the-Jury. Morris was not quite sure, he told Judge onald last Wednesday, that he cotld ob- tain those affidavits, If Judge Ronald overrules the mo- tion for a new trial, Wappy will be tanta sentenced.
