Started by Prosecuting Attorney Vanderveer, the fight is now being carried on by County Commissioner Michael J. Carrigan. Although he knows that it will be impossible to secure a conviction the charge, Carrigan is anxious to embarrass Hodge as much as poasible and to put him to an expense.
