Arcade and Arcade Annex—Whole Block Long Don't Hoard Your Money INVEST IT—IT WILL NOT GROW IN YOUR HAND In the past few weeks hundreds of the prosperous and solid business and working men and women of this city have realized that the best possible invest- ment they could find for their money was the purchase of a lot or two in IRONDALE. You know all about IRONDALE by this time. You know that the big steel mills will start up in October; that they will employ hundreds of workmen, all of whom, with their families, will live in the town of IRONDALE; that new inhabitants are already flocking in there; that the building movement is under way. You also know that we sold the first lots in IRONDALE four weeks ago, that since then we have sold many hundreds (we published a partial list in The Star last Tuesday) of them, and that every lot there has since greatly risen ‘n value, owing to the activity and bustle already noted in the new steel city. We have published instances of early buyers who have already sold their IRON- DALE lots at a big profit. Many other holders are refusing double their money daily. Remember, we sell only four lots to one purchaser, so they cannot get more. What we want to tell you today is that the rapid growth of IRONDALE, far beyond our own expectations, has simply forced us to set an early day for the substantial advancement of the prices of all remaining lots. We have held this off as long as possible to let everyone get in on the ground floor and share in the big distribution of money that is going to come to every lot buver in IRONDALE. The time has now come when we cannot wait longer. We therefore formally notify you that on Thursday, July 1, 16 business days hence, the price of every remaining lot in IRONDALE will be substan- tially advanced by us. In reality every lot in IRONDALE is worth a big ad- vance today, but we will continue to sell under the market for 16 days more, in order to give you ample warning of the rise, and enable you to come in and se- lect choice lots at ground floor prices. Remember, that 75,000 persons besides yourself are reading this advertisement. If you do not act at once, others will.
