This is the latest rumor at the police station, and many of the sleuths are attempting to put two and two together by the Froibel kindergarten method and establish “Mr. Nipper’s” identity as that of the degenerate who Hes strapped to 2 cot at the Weyside Emergency hospital mumbling words of prayer as his body wastes away.
