AUDITORIUM COMPLETED ——— FINE NEW DANCING HALL ON FOURTH AVENUE READY FOR HOUSE WARMING The newly completed auditorium building, on Fourth avenue between Pike and Pine streets, will be open- ed with a house-warming ball Fri- day evening of this week. The new building will fill a distinct need in furnishing an adequate hall for musical and social events. The main hall, which is 60x100 fect in dimensions, has a beautiful floor of live maple, with spacious dressing rooms, @ ladies’ ordinary and a smoking room for men as adjuncts, The christening ball will be given Friday evening. A large gallery overlooks the ball room, fitted with spacious seats. A large refreshment parlor adjoins and every coaven- fence is offered for entertainments and social functions, such as the new society auditorium is intended for. The architects have done them- selves proud on the new building, which, together with the lot stands on, is valued at $50,000. Ts building cost $15,000. The exterior of the bullding is of brick and stono and the interior finishings are of hardwood.
