Sullivan shot and fatally wounded Henry Drummond at the Lake Padden shingle mille, several miles south of Fuirhaven yesterday morning. Drummond went to Fair- haven Saturday night, where he be- came Intoxicated, and returned to the mili early Sunday morning. He entered the cookhouse, which is op- erated by Sullivan, at breakfast tims ‘and started a row. Sullivan ordered him to retire. He refused and siap- ped Mrs, Sullivan in the face.
