HOW SEATTLE WILL OBSERVE THANKSGIVING Services at Many of the Churches--- Sports and Social Doings. Tomorrow services appropriate to Thanksgiving day wit! be churches of the city. The down - town and the churches will hold union meetings The union services of the down town churches will be held at the Firat Baptist church, on Fourth avenue between James and Cherry streets, at 1 o'clock, The congregations uniting will be from the following churches: Firet Methodist Episcopal, First Presbyterian, First Christian, First Baptist, Methodist Protest ant, Plymouth Congregational and the United Presbyterian, Rev W. H. @. Tomple, of the Plymouth Congregeational, will preach the sermon and the choir of the First Baptist will give @ special mu sical programme. The North Seattle churches will meet in unton services at the Rattery street M. EB. church at 10:30 o'clook, The churches untt- ing are Trinity M. F. church, North Seattle Baptist and the Sec ond Presbyterian chureh. Rev. Louis J.
