The Grand Jury spent most of its gession yesterday afternoon waiting for a quorum. Ten members were present at the hour of convening and efforts were made to gather up some more by telephone. Foreman Mitchell, with the coneur- rence of the other members present, decided that there should be a sufficient attendance and it was decided to se- cure citations for some of the absent ones who could be reached Judge Graham accommodatingly went down to the jury room upon being told of the troubles. While the matter of issuing the ci- tations was being discussed three of the delinquents put in an appearance, sufficient to make a motion to adjourn entertainable. Judge Graham delivered a lecture to three late comers on the desirability of all members of the Grand Jury being prompt and certain in their attendance. An adjournment was taken until next Monday afternoon. —_——e—————— Gray Brothers Vietorious.
